Applications are invited from suitable dynamic candidates having Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile for appointment against the vacant Positions of Project Directors for Projects “Solarization of 8000 Schools & 187 BHUs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”, “Solarization of Masajid in District Swat and 440 Masajid in District Peshawar”, “10.5 MW Chapri Charkhel HPP District Kurram” and “Access to Clean Energy Investment Program — MMHPPs (Mini Micro Hydropower Projects)”.
Requisite Qualification and Experience for the posts are as under:-

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 Year’s Education) in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) from HEC recognized university/registered with PEC.
• At least 12 years of professional work experience in the Engineering/Project Management and implementation and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates should have the basic knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly the Government of Pakistan Project Planning and Management processes and procedures.[/toggle]

• Appicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling the “PEDO Applicant Data Form” available on the PEDO website i.e. www.pedo.pk.
• Duly filled & signed Application Data Form along with updated CV/resume and attested copies of testimonials (CNIC, All Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Training/Courses, 02 Passport size photographs, and other supporting documents) to be sent by registered courier company before the closing date of applications.
• Applications complete in all respects must reach the office of the undersigned not later than 241h March 2020, By hand Applications, those received after due date and applications with incomplete information & lack of testimonials will not be considered at all.
• Applications should be filled and sent for the 5 posts but must show name/Names of the Project/Projects in the subject line for which candidates tend to apply.
• Clearly mark the position applied for in the Subject line/Envelope.
• Relevant experience with the Govemment/Semi-Government or Reputable Private Sector organizations will be considered.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview
• Government/Semi-Government employees may send their applications through proper channel.
• Contractual and regular employees working already in PEDO on ongoing developmental projects and other regular positions will require prior NOC through the PEDO Board.
• The recruited project director will be appointed on a contract basis for an initial period not exceeding two years which will be extendable further till completion of the project on a yearly basis after evaluation of the performance.
• The posts are project posts and will stand automatically abolished on completion of the projects.
• PEDO reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel any post or cancel the advertisement. • All appointments will be subject to the approval of PC-I and the availability of funds.
