- The only shortlisted candidate will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates called for test/interview.
- The selected candidates will be governed by Statutes, Rules, and Regulations of The University of Haripur.
- Application Processing Fee:- A sum of Rs. 500/–for BPS-2 to BPS-07 and Rs. 1000/- for BPS 11 and above, against each post, has to be deposited by the applicants, in the National Bank of Pakistan, The University of Haripur branch in online account No IBAN: PK24NBPA2239003139060959 with account title “UOH Misc Receipts” and attach the online deposit slip with the application.
- Application Form:- Application forms can be filled online only, available at the link: www.uoh.edu.pk. Please submit the application processing fee and mention its number and date on the application form. Please fill in a separate application form for each position. Please select a separate/relevant job titles while applying online, for more than one position. No Column of the application form should be left blank, particularly postal addresses; contact numbers (both landline and mobile) must be mentioned.
- Printed copy of the online submitted application form, online application processing fee receipt (original) and attested photocopies of Degrees / Diplomas / Certificates, DMCs, 04 (four) recent passport size photographs, Experience Certificates (if any), CNIC, NOC (if any) and Domicile along with any other required/relevant documents, must reach the office of the Registrar, at the below-given address on or before 26th March 2020.
- University reserves the right not to fill, increase or decrease the number of posts or reject any or all applications.
- 2 % quota is reserved for Persons with Disability. Such applicants must clearly write the words “PWDs quota” on the envelope and at the topmost right corner of the application form and submit the required proof with the application.
- The petitioners in petition No: 562/2013, 575/2013, 989-A/2018, 970-A/2018 and 77-A/2018 shall also apply.
- Only legally valid and relevant experience as required against any post will be considered. Experience Certificate, if any, must contain job description and BPS or equivalency of scale to BPS. Preference will be given to the applicants having University experience.
- For the posts in BPS 2 to BPS 5, the appointment will be made from persons living within Haripur District and for the posts in BPS 7 to BPS 16, the appointment will be made from persons living within Hazara Division only. In case of non-availability of eligible candidates in the Haripur District of Hazara Division, as the case may be, the candidates from adjoining places may be appointed.
- The Candidates having a foreign degree/certificate shall have to provide an equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad before the closing date.
- All other terms and conditions/requirements/privileges shall be such as provided in the University of Haripur’s Statutes 2016, available at the University website (www.uoh.edu.pk).
- The University of Haripur will not be responsible for delay in receiving call letters due to currier/mail lapse.
- The application which is incomplete or received after the due date, shall not be entertained.
