• Application forms are available from the account section of FPGMI Lahore on Payment of Rs. 2000/-.
• Application with incomplete documents will not be processed for SHO.
• Applications received after the due date or with incomplete information shall not be entertained.
• Last Date for submission of applications on 21-04-2020 (Tuesday).
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview and will be contacted through SMS on their cell phones.
