NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) If no candidate was found available from amongst the candidates applied for the aforementioned quota (except 3% quota for the disabled persons) the posts shall be filled on open merit.
2) The candidate submitting the application under the 20% quota for in-service/retired employees (BS-01 to 11) is required to append the service record of his father with the application. It must be clearly mentioned in the subject/title of the application that he has submitted the application for the post under the 20% quota.
3) The 20% promotion quota of the post of Junior Clerk is reserved for the in-service employees (Scale Nos. 1 to 4) and these employees can submit their applications in this office till 22-03-2019. Appending the photocopy of service book is compulsory.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. The permanent address mentioned on the national identity card of the candidate shall be considered the relevant district of domicile.
2. Government employees route applications through their respective department.
3. The application must be supported with attested two recent photographs and copies of educational certificates, experience, domicile & computerized identity card (copied on a complete page). Original documents will be brought along at the time of interview. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
4. Only those candidates will be considered eligible for the test who fulfil the required educational qualification. Only the candidates getting through the written test will be allowed to sit typing test. The eligible candidates getting through the required test will be called for interview on the stipulated date. The list carrying their names will be displayed on the notice board. Recruitment Committee reserves the right to reject all or partial results. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the No. of seats. No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for test or interview. Candidates coming for test and interview bring along one recent photograph on whose back his and father’s names are mentioned otherwise they will not be allowed to sit test and interview. No excuse shall be acceptable in this regard. Mobile phone/modern device shall not be allowed to bring along at the time of the test.
5. Candidates must mention on the right corner of the envelope as to which quota and post they are submitting the application for.
6. No application shall be received through fax or e-mail.
7. It is mandatory for the applicant that he must write his mobile phone No. in his application.
8. All recruitment shall be subject to Government of the Punjab Recruitment Policy 2004 and Civil & Sessions Courts Establishment Service Rules 2005.
9. Applicant clearly mentions in his application whether any relative of his is employed with the Civil and Sessions Court or not. If the applicant has any relative employed with the Civil and Sessions Court, he shall submit with the application an affidavit to the effect carrying the name of his relative as well as his designation. The candidate shall not be eligible for recruitment if he hides the same.
10. 20% quota is reserved for the children of in service and retired employees of BS-1 to 11.
11. 5% quota is reserved for non-muslims.
12. 15% quota is reserved for women (for data entry operators and junior clerks posts)
13. AGE relaxation in upper age limit shall be granted under Recruitment Policy 2004. However, the candidates shall submit a separate application in this regard.
14. The test/interview venue shall be made informed through notice board/website of this office later on.
