1. Recruitment will be made according to the Government of Punjab recruitment policy.
2. Only candidates having domicile of Punjab Province are eligible.
3. Applications on prescribed Application Form (can be obtained from the office of Medical Superintendent) along with attested photocopies of Documents/Experience Certificates, CNIC, Domicile, 2x passport size photographs and Valid PMDC Certificate should reach in the undersigned office on or before 17.10.2020, Till 3:00 pm.
4. Please bring all your original documents on the date of the interview and only shortlisted candidates will be for the interview. The interview date will display on 04.11.2020 on the notice board of Medical Superintendent.
