1. All the applications shall be address to the undersigned.
2. Age will be reckoned as on 01/01/2021.
3. Attested copies of academic certification along with Domicile certificate and CNIC shall be attached with the application.
4. Character Certificate from the Principal Academic Officer of the academic institution last attended shall be attached with the application.
5. Character Certificate from two responsible persons not being her relative and well acquainted with her character and antecedents shall be attached with the application.
6. The candidates shall bring original academic certificate along with domicile certificate and CNIC on the date fixed for test and interview.
7. Material for appearing in the test like clipboard paper and pen etc, shall also be brought by the candidates.
8. The candidates already in government service shall apply through the concerned department.
9. Incomplete late application and the applications already submitted shall not be entertained.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible.
11. Date for Test/Interview will be displayed on 06/02/2021 at (Saturday) at 09:00 A.M in the premises of the office of undersigned.
