- Interested candidates who fulfil the required eligibility criteria may submit their application complete in all respect along with Educational Certificates/Degrees, CNIC, Domicile (Punjab), 2x fresh passport size photographs to the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Toba Tek Singh. during office hour time.
- Original documents will have to be produced at the time of Interview.
- The Interview will be held on every Thursday of 1st and 3rd week in a month.
- D.H.A has complete right to cancel the Interview.
