1. The application process consists of two phases Online and Manual, Both the phases are mandatory for the applicant to complete.
2. The candidate is required to fill the online application form available at the UHS website (www.uhs.edu.pk).
3. The candidate must submit the print-out of his/her application along with all required documents, by hand or by post, at the office of Director Admin & Coord (Receipt & Diary Dispatch Section), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by the due date.
4. The last date of submission of the application is 17-03-2021.
5. Application received incomplete or after due date shall not be acceptable.
