Two Attested copies set of educational qualification, including result cards of all professional PDMC, experience certificates, in relevant speciality, valid PMDC/PMC, three latest passport size photographs, residence domicile certificate & National ID Card (NADRA) must be sent to The Dean, The Children’s Hospital & ICH, Multan in addition to the online application before the closing date.
5. Incomplete application and those received after the due date will hot be considered and they will be rejected without any intimation.
