1. The Candidate must send prescribed job Application forms available at www.mmckp.gov.pk website.
2. Application must be accompanied by the Bank deposit slip of Rs. 1000/- as a non-refundable processing fee submitted to the account of Hospital at Bank Islami Bank Road Mardan Account # 3035-0010243-0201 Branch Code 3035.
3. The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease or cancel any or one of the positions.
4. CV along with passport size photograph and attested photocopies of all degrees, certificates, CNIC and other related documents should be sent with the application.
5. In-service employees shall apply through proper channel, wherein upon selection they will have to resign from their current post.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/ interview.
