1. The age of the Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years.
2. Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Division in the final degree/certificate, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
3. Experience will only be considered if acquired after the minimum prescribed qualification.
4. Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates/diplomas/degrees from Govt. recognized institutions.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
6. Only the candidates who fulfil prescribed eligibility criteria may apply, Candidature of those individuals who do not fulfil the requirements and apply for the above posts may be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be accepted during and after selection.
7. Application with attested copies of educational degrees/certificate/testimonials/experience, National Identity Card (CNIC) and domicile must reach the undersigned within 20 days from the date of Notice to CENUM, Hospital, P.O. Box No. 53, Lahore.
8. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
9. Only the candidates who fulfil prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for the test/interview.
