1. Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) and prescribed Job Application Forms (for respective scales), are available at www.most.gov.pk, and can also be obtained from the below-mentioned address during office hours.
2. Only the Applications submitted on the prescribed Job Application Forms (for respective scales) and complete in all respects shall be admissible.
3. Degrees / Certificates must have been obtained from HEC recognized institutions.
4. Experience means the experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview; for which the criteria adopted by the competent authority cannot be challenged.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
7. Those already in Government Service shall apply through proper channels and will have to produce departmental NOC at the time of interview.
8. Government employee, if selected on a project post, will have to resign from Government Service before appointment against the project post.
9. Name of the Post and Scale should be clearly marked on the Envelop, Applications should not be folded and should be submitted in sealed A-4 Envelop.
