1. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab
2. Attested copies of educational qualification certificates (Matric, FSc & MBBS along with each year transcript) experience certificate, two latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate and CINC and valid PMC must be attached with the application The said documents must reach in the of of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital Lahore Upto 20-11-2021 at 02:00 PM.
3. The employees of Government/semi-Government Autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOC.
4. All recruitment shall be made acceding to the existing policy of the Government of Punjab, and all quotas shall apply.
