1. Eligible candidates should submit their application forms along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e. Degrees/Certificates. Transcripts/DMCs, Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, and original fee deposit receipt in the office of the Registrar, UET Mardan within fifteen (15) days of the date of advertisement.
2. Only those qualifications, experiences & publications etc. will be considered. if a documentary proof is attached up to the Iasi dale of submission of applications.
3. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel, They must also submit a No Objection Certificate from their concerned departments/organization along with their application forms.
4. Age relaxation will be considered in light of gin eminent rules on a case to case basis.
5. Only shortlisted candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for a test/interview, University will not be held responsible for any delay on part of the courier/mail service provider.
6. The candidates applying for more than one post are required to submit separate applications along with the original bank receipt for each post.
7. In case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
8. The candidate having a foreign degree/certificate shall provide Equivalency Certificate from DEC, Pakistan before the closing date.
9. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date, shall be rejected without intimation to the applicants.
10. Contact number, Postal and Email address must be written clearly on the application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar’s office.
11. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom of the right corner of the envelope.
12. The University reserves the right to cancel, increase. decrease or not to fill any of the advertised position(s) without assigning any reason.
13. Territorial Jurisdiction/limits as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is applicable on advertised positions unto RPS-16.
14. No TA/DA will be gis en for attending the test/interview.
