3. Application Forms for all the vacancies can be downloaded from the website www.vehari.dc.lhc.gov.pk.
4. Attested copies of Testimonials, CNIC, Domicile, and 2x fresh passport size photographs should be attached with the application form.
5. All appointments shall be made as per Civil & Establishment Service Rules 2005, Government of Punjab recruitment policy 2002.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
7. The applications of Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies will be routed through their respective Departments/organization through the proper channels.
