1. Age relaxation as per Government Policy will be admissible to the candidates in the case of the above-advertised Posts.
2. Candidate can download the Application form from PGSHF Website (www.pgshf.gop.pk).
3. Selected candidates can be posted in any PGSHF Scheme in Punjab.
4. Candidates shall submit duly filled in application form along with attested copies of all testimonials/experience certificates, with two recent photographs.
5. Incomplete applications or applications received after the close of office hours on the last date of submission of applications will not be entertained.
6. Candidate must have domicile of Punjab.
7. Department has the right to accept/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process.
