1. The Application Forms are available at the High Court of Sindh, Karachi, all District Courts in Sindh and the Website: www.sindhhighcourt.gov.pk.
2. Original documents shall have to be produced at the time of the interview.
3. Ineligible candidates and those not fulfilling the conditions or submitting incomplete applications will not be considered.
4. Applications received after last date shall be rejected. (Any postal / transit delay shall not be considered).
5. Facility of online form submission through the online portal is available on official website.
6. The applicants who are In any public sector and are otherwise eligible shall apply through proper channels with Departmental N.O.C and a copy of Appointment Notification / Order.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Eligible Candidates have to appear in First Preliminary Test based on MCQs and all successful candidates who obtained 60% Marks will be eligible to appear In Second Written Subjective Test based on TWo (2) Papers. To qualify for the Interview candidates must obtained an aggregate of 60% Marks In Second Written Subjective Test. (Note: Paper-I would be subjective based upon related laws; Paper-II would base upon analytical approach viz-a-viz judgment writing, essay writing and situation analysis with suggesting remedies)
