- Senior Manager (Technical) (Civil)
Degree/Education: BSc / BE Civil Engineering, MS Civil Engineering will be preferred.
Job Description:
• To review Construction/ Operation &Maintenance (O&M) inspection reports and give his analysis / recommendations.
• Ensure timely follow up actions of the directions / technical decisions of Senior Management of FWO.
• To formalize a central control and monitoring mechanism for various ongoing projects.
• Facilitate/ guide respective project companies in fulfilling their contractual obligations as per CA.
• To review/analyze and give recommendations on proposed VOs, EOT requests and Claims
• To visit project sites occasionally and offer recommendations through project visit reports.
- Senior Manager (Business Development)
Degree/Education: MBA (Marketing) / MS will be preferred.
Job Description:
• Liaise with business development teams of project companies to develop business strategies and integrate a holistic approach.
• Prepare consolidated revenue report for review by senior management.
• To regulate and record proceedings of all business development committee meetings
• Conduct market research for new business prospects for the organization.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/ customers
• Conduct occasional site survey in project areas, give feedback and recommendations.
- Company Secretary
Degree/Education: MBA / MPA / LLB / CA / ACCA / ACMA.
Job Description:
• Offer advice and guidance on matters of corporate governance to Public Sector Companies.
• Ensuring that Board/ General Meetings are effectively organized and properly minuted as per SECP guidelines.
• Ensure that Board decisions are properly circulated and followed up for implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with SECP on corporate matters of companies.
• Maintain all records and documentation related to the Board of Directors/committee meetings.
• Oversee HR matters/affairs of project companies.
- Head of Internal Audit / Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Degree/Education: CA / ACCA / ACMA.
Job Description:
• Review financial statements of project companies & prepare an executive summary for senior management.
• Perform pre /post-audit of all transactions related to project companies.
• Review all tax-related matters of project companies.
• Advise/evaluate revenue projection in coordination with respective project companies.
• Advise/regulate audit committees of project companies in line with SECP regulations.
• Review all related parties transactions as per arm’s length requirements.
