1. Candidates will be selected on open merit basis.
2. The appointments will be for a period of two years on a contract basis, extendable to a further period subject to satisfactory performance and purely need basis.
3. The candidates who possess the requisite qualification, age and experience may apply for the post.
4. The appointments are being made merely for Karachi, therefore, selected candidates will be posted at State Life, Principal Office, Karachi only.
5. The candidates must have acquired their degree from HEC-recognized/approved institutes/universities.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview, No TA/DA is admissible.
7. Government Employees may apply through the proper channel after getting NOC from the parent department.
