How To Apply:
i. The candidates have to submit 05 complete sets of applications for the post of Professor & Associate Professor and 03 sets for the post of Assistant Professor & Lecturer bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, one photograph for each set and one copy of the deposit slip amounting of Rs. 5000/- for the post of Professor & Associate Professor, Rs. 3000/- for the post of Assistant Professor and Rs. 1500/- for the post of Lecturer to be deposited Online in any branch of HBL in University Freedom Account Number: 14737900656803 on account of application processing fee in favour of the Treasurer, TUB and clearly mention the post and department on the deposit slip.
ii. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel, by the due date and submit service certificates issued by their present and former employers, otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.
iii. Candidates applying for Regular basis, TTS and Contract basis should apply separately and clearly mention the Post, Campus, Department & Mode of Appointment (Regular Basis/ITS/Contract Basis). Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded from the IUB website.
iv. Candidates applying for more than one post and for each campus shall submit a separate application form (s) along with separate application processing fee.
Note:
1. The University reserves the rights:
i. Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post / withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised.
ii. To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
iii. To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds.
iv. Nature of posts can be changed according to the need of the University.
v. The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency /Post Office / Telephonic Message & call.
2. Applications will be received only through registered mail/courier etc. By hand, the application will not be accepted. IUB employees willing to apply are directed to submit their application through proper channel.
3. All others in service applicants will have to attach NOC and service certificate from their employer along with the application, an advance copy of the application will not be entertained.
4. Applicants are directed to clearly mention the Name of the Post applied for, Campus Name, and Mode of Appointment on the top right corner of the envelope. The applications complete in all respects must reach the HR Section of the Registrar Office latest by 21 May 2019.
5. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained even though posted before the last date.
