Terms & Conditions:
- Interested Applicants may visit for Walk-in-Interview along with Applications and attested copies of Testominals Certificate/Degree, CNIC, Domicile, and recent passport size photograph in the office of Deputy Commissioner Khushab, Saturday at 11:00 AM till the fill-up of the seats.
- Applications form can be obtained from the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Office during office hours.
- Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
- Candidates serving in Government/ Autonomous bodies/corporations shall apply through proper channel.
- Original documents will have to be produced at the time of Interview.
- Five (05) years general age relaxation for male and 08 years for female candidates will be admissible as per prescribed rules of Government of Pakistan.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the purpose of interviews.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease or totally withdraw the vacancies without assigning any reason.
