Terms & Conditions:
1. Model Pharmacy is Nor-Government Organization and FIxed Pay will be given.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
3. 05 years relaxation in upper age limit shag be allowed.
4. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab, Attested copies of Educational Qualifications, Experience, two Latest passport size photographs, residence/domicile, and National ID card, the self-addressed postal envelope must be attached with the application.
5. Interview call letters will be sent separately on the given postal address.
6. The candidates must bring all original documents related to the job, at the time of interview.
7. No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for the interview.
8. Mobile No. of the candidate will be dearly mentioned on the application and it is mandatory.
