• Apply online within 15 days from publication of this advertisement by following the link and detailed instructions available at NTU Website, Candidates applying against posts at Sr. No. 30 to 33 will apply by sending manual application available at NTU Website, all others need to apply online. The online application must be completed in all respects, Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Job Application Processing Fee will be paid through Bank Chelan in favor of National Textile University. Faisalabad as per following details:
■ For the posts of BPS 208 above/Eqv (Sr #3.4, 7 & 8) Rs.2.000/-
■ For the posts of BPS 17.18 &19/Eqv (including Sr ft 1. 2. 5.6. 10 & 14) Rs.1 000/-
■ For the posts of BPS 05-16/Eqv (including Sr IS 19, 20 21 &25) Rs.500/-
■ For the posts below BPS 05/Eqv.
• Note that application without processing fee would not be processed, the processing fee should be deposited through online ABL Bank Challan. Any other mode of payment would not be entertained. Submit only duly signed printout online application form with duly deposited original Bank Challan Form in Registrar Office, No hard copy of any other document is required while applying,
• The candidates will be contacted for submission of attested copies of all requisite documents after initial screening size two photographs, Metric. Intermediate certificates, Bachelors, Masters, M.Phil. Ph.D. Degrees, Equivalence certificate (if required) CNIC, Experience Certificate showing nature of job/ detailed job description issued by an authorized officer. Domicile Certificate, Departmental Permission Certificate (in case of government servant), etc. Those who fail to furnish the requisite documents within the stipulated time as communicated by the University or furnish incorrect/incomplete information, their candidature shall be liable to rejection. Information provided in the online application form will be treated as final. Any subsequent claim, earlier not given in the online form. will bo consider an attempt to become eligible? Such subsequent claims shall not be accepted. Applications of candidates. whose results are not officially announced by the Controller of Examination of a Board/ University on or before the dosing date. shall not be considered. Experience means only post qualification relevant experience against the applied post. Applications with irrelevant experience will not be entertained.
• Existing Faculty Members of NTU who are already working on BPS may be considered for BPS appointment.
• The age limit mentioned in advertisement includes the upper age limit as per Govt. general age relaxation rule. Other age relaxation rules will be applied as per University Policy. The University reserves the right to fill any position Avithhold the appointment against advertised posts or to accept/reject the application without assigning any reason. Selected candidates may be transferred to any campus of NTU as per University policy. For test/interview no TA/DA will be admissible. Written tests to shortlist the candidates may be conducted by the university where required. The decision of the University shall remain to bind in all cases.
