SITUATIONS VACANT
Privatization Commission (PC), a Body Corporate established under the Ordinance 2000, is mandated to implement the privatization program of the Federal Government. PC intends to hire services of following individual consultants on a contract basis initially for the period of two (02) years extendable on satisfactory performance and the requirement of PC.

- Consultant Transaction Advisor Services

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Com/M.Sc. (Economics) from HEC recognized University.
Experience: Should have post qualification relevant experience of at least 12 years in corporate sector/ public sector organizations, providing transaction-related services/ Capital Market/ Mergers and Acquisition/ Valuation/ Regulatory Matters/ Restructuring and Transformation of PSEs in the Sectors i.e. Industries/ Oil & Gas/ Real Estate/ Banks/ Banking and Financial Institutions.[/toggle]
- Financial Consultant

Qualification: The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or equivalent from professional bodies or HEC recognized University.
Experience: Should have at least 04 years post qualification experience of Finance & Accounting in corporate sector/ Public sector organizations, Banks/ Financial Institutions.[/toggle]

i. Selected candidates will be offered a competitive pay package commensurate with their educational qualification and relevant experience as per provisions of Privatisation Commission Regulations.
