Applications from candidates are invited for recruitment against the vacant posts having the prescribed qualification mentioned below on Adhoc Basis for a period of one year as per Govt. Recruitment Policy.

(a) B.Sc Nursing Generic (Four Years) and valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council.
(b) Diploma in General Nursing with 01 Year diploma in any specialized course in lieu of Midwifery and valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council.[/toggle]

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Recruitment shall be made as per the recruitment policy 2004 of Govt. of Punjab.
2. Attested Photocopies of relevant documents including Domicile of Punjab. ID Card, Academic Qualification, Experience Certificate / Performance Certificate during training and valid PNC Registration (Receipt for submission of PNC Registration will not be accepted) / Ex-Service Women / Hafiz e Quran / Position in Board / University / Higher Qualification should be attached with the application.
3. Persons working in the Govt. Semi Govt. institutions should send their application through their department.
4. Only candidates having Domicile & NIC of the Punjab Districts are eligible to apply.
5. 10 Years age relaxation admissible to the disabled person.
6. 08 Years age relaxation admissible to Female candidates & 05 Years age relaxation to Male candidates.
7. 03% Quota for disable person as per rules for which certificate of invalidity issued by the District Assessment Board declared to be disabled but fit for the job applied.
8. 05% Quota is reserved for minorities.
9. The duly completed application should reach the office of undersigned during office hours until 20-08-2019.
10. The number of posts advertised for recruitment can be increased/decreased as per requirement.
11. Incomplete application or those received after due date will not be considered.
12. Candidates are required to produce/bring their original documents at the time of Interview for which no TA / DA will be provided.
13. Candidate can submit the application on plain paper, either in writing or typing.
