INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The applicants are required to submit a draft/ pay order of Rs. 3000/- for (BS-19 & above) and Rs. 2000/- for (BS-17 & BS-18) in favor of Treasurer GC Women University, Sialkot.
2. The application forms are available on the University website, as well as in the office of the Registrar.
3. The applications only on prescribed forms along with a brief updated CV, attested copies of the Degrees & detail Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, C.N.I.C copy, and three recent passport size photographs will be entertained.
4. The Candidates applying for the posts of Professor & Associate Professor on (BS/TTS) are required to submit a separate prescribed form (Six copies) and for the posts of Assistant professor & Lecturer submit (03) three copies.
5. The Candidate should mention the date of Notifications/Result and time period of a degree in the relevant column.
6. The Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application forms & draft for every post applied.
7. Only Ph.D. degree holders male candidates can apply for the post of Assistant Professor & above.
8. Quota Policy (as per Government policy) will be applicable.
9. Applicants already working in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
10. Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/ Interview.
12. Age relaxation will be given in exceptional cases.
13. Applicants against whom any inquiry is pending or in litigation with their parent institution or any Government institution or agency are not eligible to apply.
14. The applications on prescribed form (Completed in all respects) should reach within time to the office of the Registrar, GC Women University Sialkot.
15. The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
16. The last date for submission of applications for the posts of Professor & Associate Professor is 30-09-2019 and for remaining posts are 10-09-2019.
