GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prescribed application forms with detail instructions are available in the office of the Medical Superintendent, B.V Hospital, Bahawalpur, free of cost.
2. All the certificates / documents / testimonials / experience certificates / domicile / CNIC / 02-passport size photographs be attached with application.
3. Complete application form in all respect must be reached in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, BVH, Bahawalpur within 15 days of the publication.
4. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
5. Only shortlisted candidates shall be allowed for interview.
6. Latest Govt. Rules & Regulations / Policies will be followed regarding age limitations, age relaxation.
7. Eligible candidates appearing for the interview must bring the original documents along with attested photocopies.
8. Employees already serving should apply through proper channel their respective department along with NOC.
9. Recruitment shall be made as per Govt. Recruitment Rules / Policy.
