General Instructions:
1) Application Form and Deposit sip can be downloaded from the UTS Website, & Pay the test fees as prescribed in any online branch of Bank Alfalah, United Bank Ltd (UK) & Habib Bank Ltd (BBL).
2) The deposited fee is non-refundable and transferable.
3) Applications will be acceptable only on the prescribed application form of UTS.
4) Applications on prescribed forms must reach UTS Head Office latest by 23 September 2019.
5) Applications received alter due date win not be considered.
6) Government servants may apply through proper channel.
7) 05 years age relaxation is permissible as pa government policy.
8) No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/interview.
9) Male and Female both candidates are eligible to apply.
10) Candidates are required to send their applications on prescribed form along with online deposit slip (in Oral) to Manager (Operation) Universal Testing Service (UTS) 278-A Main Nazim-ud-Din Road F-10/1 Islamabad.
