Terms & Conditions:
- Adhoc basis appointments duration will be One Year and Non-Transferable.
- Applications form can be download from website www.health.punjab.gov.pk or MS Office during office hours.
- Application form along with attested copies of testimonials Educational Certificate/Diploma, CNIC, experience certificates and a recent passport size photographs should reach to the office of the undersigned latest by 17-09-2019.
- Incomplete applications as well as received after due date shall not be entertained.
- Candidate already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
- Only the eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the purpose of interviews.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
