General Instructions:
(1) Attach two sets of attested photocopies of required education and experience certificate, testimonials and other mandatory documents, domicile, CNIC along with 02-passport size photographs with the application.
(2) Experience certificate must clearly show a date of start and end of the prescribed job. Open experience certificate will not be accepted and considered incomplete.
(3) Employees already serving should apply through proper channel of their respective department along with NOC. Applications without NOC will not be entertained.
(4) Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules / Policies
(5) Latest Government Rules & Regulations/policies will be followed regarding age limitation, age relaxation and quotas for women, Minorities and Disable person etc.
(6) Applications must reach the Executive Director office, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Abdali Road, Multan till 04-03-2019 at 03:00 PM.
(7) Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
(8) Eligible candidates must bring their original documents and CNIC, at the time of interview.
(9) The interview schedule of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board and website of Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan.
(10) Call letters for the interview will be sent to the eligible candidates.

(12) No TA / DA shall be permissible.
(13) The number of posts can be increased or decreased as per institute requirement.
