INSTRUCTIONS:
The latest Prescribed Application & Bia-data Form can be downloaded from the website of the University and should be submitted in the Recruitment Cell with the demand draft in favor of Treasurer, Government College University. Faisalabad (as processing fee non-refundable) as per the following:-
BPS-21 Rs. 3000/-
BPS-17 & BPS-18 Rs. 2000/-
BPS-06 to 16 Rs. 1000/-
BPS-01 to 05 Rs. 500/-
Candidates applying from Abroad US $ 50/-
1. The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on the prescribed Application Form, available on the University website, accompanied by Bank Draft of US 50 favor of “Treasurer Government College University, Faisalabad” and attested copies of all necessary testimonials, ID Card, recent photograph, updated CV on the given address.
2. Incomplete or the applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
3. The candidates are required to submit Three (03) sets of duly filled in Application Form must be supported with attested copies of degrees, result cards, ID Card, three recent photographs, updated CV, transcripts, certificates along with research publications In case, the degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examination might be accepted, In all cases. statement of experience must be supported by certificates from the employers.
4. The candidates applying for more than one post that submits separate Job Application Form with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
5. The University reserves the right not to consider any application or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
6. The candidate already m Service must apply through proper channel by the due date
7. The Candidates must attach HEC Equivalence Certificate(s), white applicable, otherwise, their applications would not be entertained/considered.
8. The evaluation of the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only on merit candidates will be called for interview/ informed.
9. The recommended candidates will have no right to claim, whatsoever, to convert their contractual service into the regular/permanent one.
10. Applications complete in all respects must reach, during office hours, in the “Recruitment Cell, Registrar Office Government College University, Faisalabad” within 15 days (18-11-2019) from the publication of this advertisement.
