A well-reputed construction firm is looking to hire the services of following professionals for its building and infrastructure projects:-

  • Contracts Manager

[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience:” state=”open”] • LLB/ BS Engineering Candidates having additional qualifications/ training pertaining to contract management will be preferred.
• Knowledge of laws dealing with the construction sector is highly desirable at least 05 years of strong experience in contract management.[/toggle]

  • QA/QC Manager – Civil

[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience:” state=”open”] B.Sc. Civil Engineering/ B.Sc. Architectural Engineering/ B. Architecture from a reputed university.
Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council/PCATP.
Candidates having qualifications/ training related to quality management will be preferred.
Should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in total, out of which 05 years in quality management in reputed firms.[/toggle]

  • Manager Administration 
[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience:” state=”open”] Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in Business Administration will be preferred.
At least 5 years of strong experience to develop and work within approved plans to meet time-bound goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage, negotiate and coordinate with private and public sector vendors.
Prior experience of working in a similar role is preferable.[/toggle]
  • Manager Finance

[toggle title=”Qualification & Experience:” state=” open”]B.Com /CPA /ICMA/CFA Preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate and current by law records.[/toggle]

  • Administrative Assistant

Graduate from a reputed university.
Candidates having knowledge of construction processes will be preferred Eligibility Criteria: Should have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Excellent in computer skills. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
