New written application on plain paper along with attested copies of all educational documents, experience certificates, and two recent photographs, CNIC and Domicile should reach the office of the Project Director/ Executive Director Capital Hospital, CDA within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
2. Name of the Post and Serial Number should be mentioned on the left corner of the Envelope and applications with Block Bold Letters.
3. Incomplete and unattested documents will not be entertained.
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for coming for the Test/interview.
5. Only short-listed candidates will be called for a Test/interview.
6. The candidates working in public sector departments/organizations should send their applications through the proper channel.
7. The Authority has the right to decrease or increase the number of posts at the time of recruitment.
8. Age relaxation shall be allowed as per government instructions/policy.
