TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING:
1. Candidate must be bonified resident of District Shangla, however, in case of non-availability of suitable candidate available from District Shangla other candidates preferably from adjacent districts will be considered.
2. Candidates will be self-responsible for wrong information and can be excluded from the process even after provisionally allowed in the interview process.

3. Attested photocopies of documents (qualification certificates. DMCs).

4. The candidates applying from Government/ Semi Govt. organization are required to apply through proper channel along with requisite documents including NOC from the parent department.
5. No TA/DA will be allowed for interview.
6. The number of posts may be increased/decreased as per the availability of the positions at the time of selection.
7. All relevant information will be displayed on the notice board of this hospital accordingly.
8. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidate will be paid from their own pocket. In case of any fake information/ document found, their appointment order will be considered withdrawn automatically and will be liable to be proceeded against under the law.
9. The age limit may be relaxed as per prevailing rules and regulations.
10. All quotes will be reserved according to the prevailing rules.
11. APPLICATION COMPLETED IN All RESPECT SHOULD REACH TO THE OFFICE OF THE UNDERSIGNED WITHIN FIFTEEN 15 DAYS AFTER ISSUING OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
