- Clinical Technician Pharmacy (BPS-12)
- Store Keeper (BPS-07)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Interested candidates must send an application along with attested copies of required documents, domicile & CNIC through postal address below within fifteen (15) days after the advertisement.
2. The application must clearly specify for the relevant technology along with diploma relevant diploma (no application of other diploma or certificate holder will be accepted consider).
3. No Separate call will be Issue for interview.
4. The candidate shall bring their original documents & CNIC when appearing in the interview.
5. 2% quota for disable person, 3% quota for minority and quota for female candid reserve as per Govt. Rules/Policy. 6. Preference will be given having domiciled of District Buner, in case of non- suitable candidates the other district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa candidates will be considered.
7. The overage candidate will be considered as per Govt, rules/policy.
8. No, TA/DA will be admissible as per Govt. Rules.
9. Written test/interview will be held on 11/07/2019 in the office of MS DHO. Hospital Dagger Buner.
10. The candidate will be bound to work in DHQ Hospital Dagger Buner at least 03 years.
11. During the date of interview, the vacant post will be also considered for appointment.
12. In case of submission of fictitious documents, the disciplinary proceeding will be initiated according to rules.
