1. The application forms are invited from all over the Balochistan, Local/Domicile.
2. Female Candidates may only apply for the Posts of Assistant Warden (BPS-14), Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-12), Junior Clerk (BPS-11), Shop Attendant (BPS-05) and Sweeper (BPS-01) of Govt Polytechnic Institute for Girls.
3. .The Candidates already in Government or Semi-Government Service may apply through proper channel and produce NOC.
4. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
5. The applications on prescribed form are required to be attached verified copies of all testimonials/documents pertaining to the qualifications from concerned board/university, Character Certificate, CNIC, Three Photographs and other relevant documents, duly attested by Gazetted Officer and the verified copies of Local/Domicile certificate by the concerned Deputy Commissioner.
6. Only eligible Shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview after complete scrutiny of application forms.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
