Applications are invited from suitable candidates of District Malakand for the following vacant positions at various Health Facilities under the control of District Health Officer Malakand.

Terms and Condition:
Application Form should be read carefully before applying for any position
1. The form should be carefully filled by the candidates as the provided information will be considered as final for further process.
2. Candidates will be responsible for providing wrong information and be excluded from the process even after provisionally allowed in the interview process.
3. The appointments will be made by the Department in accordance with the Government’s specified rules.
4. The candidates applying from Government/Semi-Government organizations are required to apply through proper channel along with required documents including NOC from the parent Department.
5. All such information will be displayed on the Notice Board of District Health Malakand.
6. Candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC at the time of the interview.
7. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid from their own pocket. In case any fake information/documents are found, their appointment order will be canceled automatically & FIR will be lodged against the accused.
8. Interested candidates must send the application along with attested copies of required documents, domicile and CNIC through the postal address given below within 15 (Fifteen) days after the date of advertisement.
9. The application must clearly specify for the relevant category of Technology (no application of another diploma than the required one will be accepted).
10. No Separate call will be issued for the interview.
11. The candidate should bring their original documents and CNIC when appearing for the interview.
12. 2% quota for disable person, 3% quota for minority as per Government Rules/Policy.
13. Preference will be given to candidates having domicile of District Malakand, In case of nonavailability of suitable candidates, candidates from other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be considered.
14. The overage candidate will be considered as per Government Rules/Policy.
15. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the dates of interviews through messages on their mobile contacts as given by the candidates.
16. Application Form submitted to the District Health Malakand at Batkhela should be supported by the following documents in sequence, 1-One current photograph pasted on Form. 2-Attested Photocopy of CNIC. 3-Attested photocopies of all academic qualifications, DMC/Certificates, i.e SSC, FA/FSC, BA/BSC, MA/MSC. 4-Relevant diploma from Medical Faculty of Peshawar.
17. A candidate having more than one diploma must apply separately for each category.
18. The candidate recruited will be bound to work wherever his/her services are required.
19.No. TA/DA will be admissible.
