Note:

1. Interested candidates who fulfil the required eligibility criteria may submit their application complete in all respect along with Educational Certificates/Degrees, CNIC, Domicile (Punjab), 2x fresh passport size photographs to the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Toba Tek Singh. during office hour time.
2. Original documents will have to be produced at the time of Interview.
3. The Interview will be held on every Thursday of 1st and 3rd week in a month. 
4. D.H.A has complete right to cancel the Interview.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible during the interview.
