Qualification: At least Second Division Secondary Schoo Certificate with Science from a recognized Board with two years Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology from Faculty of Paramedical & Allied Health Science Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology from any recognized institution: provided that the same is registered with the Faculty of Paramedical & Allied Health Science (FPMA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.
- PHC Technician Sanitary/Inspector (BPS-12)
Qualification: At least Second Division Secondary School Multipurpose (Tehsil Sanitary Inspector )/TSI Certificate with Science from a recognized board with Diploma in the Sanitary Inspector from any recognized institutions affiliated with KT Medical Faculty or Punjab Medical Faculty.
- Electrician (BPS-07)
Qualification: At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate with Science from a recognized board with Diploma in the relevant filed from Board Of Technical Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING:-
1. Candidates must be a bonafide resident of Dir Upper. Application Form should be read carefully before applying for any position.
2. A form should be carefully filled by the candidates since the provided information will be considered as final for further process.
3. Candidates will be self-responsible for wrong apply and can be excluded from the process even after provisionally allowed in the interview process.
4. Applying Form submitted to the District Health Office Dir Upper, supported by the following documents in sequence.
1. One current photo on Form
2. Attested Photocopies of CNIC.
3. Attested photocopies of all academic qualifications DMClCertlficates Le SSC, FA/FSC/BA/BSC/MA/MSC.
4. Relevant Field Diploma from the Faculty of Paramedical & Allied Health Science Peshawar.
5. ” Experience” will mean in the line in only that Experience will be considered which has been acquired after the acquisition of minimum qualifications prescribed for the post. (Only Government hospitals & MTIs experience paid job will be considered)
6. Not fulfilling any of the written statement in the application form or any Misinformation will automatically exclude the candidate from the whole recruitment process at any stage.
7. The appointments will be made by the Department itself in accordance with the Government specified rules.
8. The candidates applying from Government/Semi-Government organizations are required to apply through proper channel along with required documents including NOC from parent Department No TA.DA will be allowed for interview.
