Note:
- BPS-01 to 04 Application form along with an attested copy of CNIC and passport size color photograph should reach to the office of Undersigned latest by 16 July 2019.
- BPS-07 to 11 Application form along with Bank Challan Deposit Slip (Original) should reach to the office of Open Testing Services (OTS), Central Avenue, Phase VI, Bahria Town, Islamabad latest by 16 July 2019.
- Incomplete or applications received after the due date would not be entertained.
- Candidates serving in Government/ Autonomous bodies/corporations shall apply through proper channel.
- Only the eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
