The Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan is the gateway to education in the Southern Punjab. The establishment of Ghazi University D.G. Khan is an important milestone in the history of higher education in Pakistan. The University is situated in the centre of the city near Pull Daat and College Chowk. Ghazi University has proved as the realization of a cherished dream of the knowledge-seekers and has been warmly hailed at each and every forum. It was established by the Government of Punjab by the promulgation of constitutional enactment in 2012 but became functional as a full-fledged University on 11.06-2014.
