• 1x Passport size photograph.
• CNIC.
• Degrees and DMCs (Detail Mark Certificates) — Matriculation onwards.
• Certificates of additional qualifications like M Ed, B.Ed, and Montessori Diploma, etc.
• Incomplete documents/missing information will not be considered for shortlisting.
2. Ineligibility:
• Terminated from Fauji Foundation on disciplinary grounds.
• Twice, failed/rejected.
