3. Please attach attested copies of the following documents with the application form. a. MBBS (copies of all professionals and attempt certificate)
a. Domicile.
b. PMC Registration Certificate.
c. National Identity card.
d. Two recent photographs.
4. Incomplete application form, the application received after closing date and application submitted by hand will not be entertained.
5. Original Documents will be checked before final selection.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
6. The last date for submission of application form is fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement i.e. 24-12-2020.
