1. Application forms and online deposit slips are available on Open Testing Service (OTS) website www.ots.org.pk.
2. Applications must be reached at the given address not later than 15 days after the publication of the advertisement.
3. Open Testing Service will not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent through post or by any other service.
4. Applications submitted by hand shall not be received/accepted.
5. After applying for the post(s), applicants are advised to regularly check the OTS website www.ots.org.pk for important announcements (Procedure for Roll No. Slip / Written Test Schedule / Result etc.), related to recruitment against the above posts.
6. Candidates are requested to send their prescribed application forms along with online deposit slips to Manager Operations(FOSPAH), Office No. 1, Central Avenue Road, Bahria Town Phase-6, Islamabad.
7. Candidates already working in Government Organizations/ Departments must apply through the proper channel.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/ interview.
9. Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.
