2. Application forms may be submitted along with 3x attested photocopies of the credentials/certificates/ relevant documents, CNIC, Domicile and 3x passport-size pictures in a sealed envelope marked with the specific post at the address “COMMANDANT FC HOSPITAL, HEADQUARTER FRONTIER CORPS (NORTH) FORT BALAHISAR PESHAWAR”.
3. The last date for submission of the application is March 13, 2023.
4. Employees of Govt/Semi-Govt/ Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies can apply; however Departmental Permission Certificates will be required before the interview.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible over the test/interview.
6. Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined by Selection Board.
7. Degrees/Diploma/Experience Certificates/Testimonials of unrecognized Institutions are not accepted.
8. Eligibility of the candidates in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date.
9. Wherever an equivalence of the required degree is to be claimed by a candidate, an equivalence certificate issued by PM&DC/ HEC may be furnished to authenticate the claim.
10. Candidates with higher qualifications can apply for any lower post.
11. Age shall be reckoned on the closing date of the advertisement.
12. Age relaxation can be granted on a case-to-case basis by the Competent Authority.
13. Applicants married to Foreigners have to provide a declaration certificate and can be considered only in the production of permission from concerned Authorities/Government Relaxation Orders.
14. Experience wherever prescribed shall be counted only after attaining the prescribed qualifications for the post(si if not otherwise specified, The experience certificates should be on prescribed forms of concerned institutes/governing bodies and can be verified.
