1. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications, i.e. 20th September 2021.
2. Candidates who want to apply for more than one position shall submit a separate application for each post.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Test/Interview.
4. Candidates are required to make correct and complete entries in the application form which can be documentarily approved, Documents for unclaimed entries shall not be entertained later on.
5. Candidates must attach attested copies of both educational transcripts and degrees with the online/hard copy application.
6. Candidates must upload attested copies of the Work Experience Certificate.
7. Experience shall not be counted against any missing work experience certificate.
8. Incomplete application form or missing/unclear information shall not be accepted.
9. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel I reject any application or not to fill any or fill more or less than the advertised post(s) by giving cogent reason(s).
10. Candidates shall bring their original degrees (verified by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan), CNIC, experience certificates and provide an HEC equivalence certificate for a foreign degree when appearing for the interview.
11. These positions are purely on a contract basis upto June 2024 with the annual contract which will be renewed on satisfactory performance.
12. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be applicable as per the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Policy.
13. No TA/DA will be paid for the Test/Interview.
