The Project Director, Extension of D-TALK & Insulin for Life Program, Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites application for the following vacant positions purely on contract/fixed pay as per project policy of Govemment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the period of one year or extendable till project life.

HOW TO APPLY:
1. Please download the Application Form and deposit slip from the Open Testing Service (OTS) website www.ots.org.pk and submit a duly filled Application form, along with a deposit slip of prescribed fee Rs. 199/- in favor of Open Testing Service directly to OTS through courier on the address mentioned on the application form.
2. Application Form submitted by hand will not be accepted/entertained.
3. Information provided in the Application Form will be verified in case of offer of appointment. In case of any false forged information, D-TALK & Insulin for Life Program has the right to cancel your candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so revealed later) and to initiate have a legal action against the applicant.
4. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Please use the separate form and separate envelope if you wish to apply for more than one post.
6. The last date of submission of Application Forms is 15 days (12-03-2020) from the date of publication of this advertisement, Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
7. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing of offer hours on the last date for submission of application shall not be entertained.
8. Application complete in all respects should be reached within 15 days.
9. Only the shortlisted candidate shall be called for the final interview/test.

11. Anybody who tries to influence the process of selection by any means shall be disqualified forthwith.
12. Department has the right to accept/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
