• Application Form complete in all respect should reach the office of undersigned within fifteen (15) days (18-11-2019) from the publication of this advertisement.
• Please submit your test fee through prescribed deposit slip on any online branch of designated banks.
• Deposited amount is non-refundable non-transferable.
