• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering along with an MBA from a reputed University of Pakistan, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or abroad.
• Must possess at least 20 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3-5 years experience of working at a top management position or as head of reputable national/international engineering sector organization. Job Description:-
i. Develop a strategic plan for the organization for approval of BOD.
ii. Implement the vision, mission, and goals of the organization as outlined by the BOD.
iii. Provide inspired leadership, create a culture of performance, positive morale and accountability in the organization.
iv. Lead development and execution of short and long term operation policies and strategic plans for the organization and the engineering industry of Pakistan.
v. Promote and inculcate innovative culture.
vi. Any other responsibility as assigned by the Board.
