The Government of Pakistan is implementing a Readiness Preparation Proposal with financial support from the Readiness Fund of Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) to carry out REDD+Readiness Preparation activities. Pakistan’s Readiness Preparation Proposal (R-PP), is seeking the services of Individual Consultants, with the following essential criteria.

Environment and Social Safeguards Specialist: At least a Master Degree in Social Sciences, Anthropology, Environmental Management and/or Forestry (at least sixteen years of education), having at least ten (10) years of relevant working experience in forestry sector, environmental and social impact assessment and/or management (after acquiring stipulated qualification).
Communications Specialist: At least a post-graduate degree in / Mass Communication / Media Studies / Journalism or any other relevant discipline (at least sixteen years of education), having at least ten (10) years of experience in the related field; Documentarily verifiable experience of REDD+, Climate change and Forestry issues both globally and nationally shall be accorded due weightage.[/toggle]

- The remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
